“I thought that Lilit was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I rate her very highly. She also took us to some extra places that were not on the itinerary - so was very flexible. She gave us a lot of history and I felt I also learned a lot from her sharing some of her personal history. I really felt that she tried extremely hard to make sure that we had a great holiday. Lilit was particularly good in helping one of the people who could not walk very far and she made sure that person was catered for but the rest of the party still were able to do everything. I thought that all the accommodation was very comfortable and the hotel in Yerevan was particularly well located. The van we used for most of the trip was very modern, clean and airey and the driver was very safe.”
