Two Worlds in One Country
Nepal compresses high-altitude Himalayan landscapes, medieval cultural cities and sub-tropical wildlife habitat into a country you can move across in days. Few destinations offer this breadth within a single trip.

Nepal holiday packages weave incense-thick Kathmandu, Chitwan’s jungles and Himalayan sunrises into one unhurried journey. You’ll move slowly enough to feel the country, not just photograph it.
Nepal sits between the world's highest mountain range and the dense sub-tropical lowlands of the Terai, and the contrast is extraordinary. Kathmandu Valley holds some of South Asia's most important religious monuments — Pashupatinath's cremation ghats on the Bagmati River, the golden spires of Boudhanath, and the hilltop stupa of Swayambhunath all sit within a city still shaped by its medieval Newari past. Beyond the valley, the country opens onto the wildlife jungles of Chitwan National Park, the lakeside calm of Pokhara, quiet hill towns like Bandipur and Tansen, and the high ridge at Nagarkot where the Himalayan horizon stretches uninterrupted at sunrise.
Our small group Nepal tours explore this full spectrum — from UNESCO world heritage sites and ancient trading towns to rhino-tracking safaris and Himalayan sunrise walks — in groups of no more than 12 people, with October and February departures suited to the finest weather and mountain visibility.

Nepal rewards travellers who slow down — the best stories are found off the tour-bus route.
From the field
Nepal has two ideal travel seasons defined by the monsoon cycle. October and November are the finest months — the post-monsoon air is crystal clear, mountain views are at their sharpest, and temperatures across the mid-hills are warm and settled. February and March offer a second window: the days are cool, rhododendrons are beginning to bloom across the hillsides, and the Himalayan panoramas from Nagarkot and Sarangkot remain superb. The monsoon (June to September) brings heavy rainfall and leeches on jungle trails, while December and January are dry but cold at altitude, with night temperatures dropping sharply in Pokhara and the hills. Spring (April to May) can work but haze reduces mountain visibility.
Our Nepal holidays depart in October and February, timed to make the most of the clearest skies and most comfortable trekking conditions across the country.

Nepal rewards those who travel at their own pace. The country is compact enough to cover a great deal in two to three weeks, yet varied enough that a private itinerary can look entirely different from a group tour. You might want to spend several days trekking in the Annapurna foothills above Pokhara, take longer in the Chitwan jungle on a private jeep safari, or add time in the Newari cities of Patan and Bhaktapur without a fixed schedule. Others choose to extend into Bhutan, pairing both Himalayan kingdoms in a single private journey.
